Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom orders require additional production time, which will be communicated individually.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking whenever available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Handmade Policy

Every Koromo piece is individually handcrafted by Mai.

Small variations in texture, shape, and finish are a natural result of the handmade process and are part of each piece’s unique character. These details should not be considered imperfections, but a reflection of craftsmanship.

No two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Materials

Koromo jewelry is handcrafted primarily from Solid Sterling Silver (925).

Each piece is made with carefully selected materials and finished by hand. Because silver naturally reacts to air and moisture over time, gentle oxidation may occur and can easily be polished.

Jewelry Care

To keep your jewelry beautiful for years to come:

● Store it in a dry place when not in use.

● Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and household chemicals.

● Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth or mild soap and water when needed.

● Dry thoroughly before storing.

Custom Orders

We welcome a limited number of custom commissions.

If you are interested in creating a personal piece, please contact us through the inquiry form. Production time, pricing, and design details will be discussed individually.

Because custom pieces are created specifically for each client, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
