Products

Each piece is individually handcrafted. Many pieces are one of a kind and may feature subtle variations and characteristics that are part of the handmade process.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Please note that colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at checkout for ready-to-ship pieces.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. I reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary. If a paid order is canceled by me before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are individually designed and handcrafted for each client.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before the piece is shipped or delivered.

Most custom commissions are completed within approximately 3–4 weeks, although timelines may vary depending on the scope, complexity, materials, and availability required for the project.

For larger or material-intensive projects, deposit requirements and production timelines may vary and will be communicated before work begins.

Once production has begun, changes to the agreed design may not always be possible. Significant changes may result in additional costs or additional production time.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Nature

Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations, organic textures, surface characteristics, and other subtle differences may occur. These characteristics are part of the individuality of the work and are not considered defects.

Final Sale

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the work, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please contact me as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of my reasonable control.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled and stored with appropriate care. Natural wear, tarnishing, scratches, changes in finish, or damage resulting from wear, improper handling, storage, chemicals, moisture, or other external conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, jewelry designs, photographs, text, graphics, branding, and other original content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content or design may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, used commercially, or represented as another person's work without prior written permission.

Purchasing a piece does not transfer any intellectual property or reproduction rights associated with the design or artwork.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
